Quality Circumference Measurement (QCM)
Quality circumference measurement is available for single row cigarette makers and KDF2 filter makers. It consists of a sensor and the evaluation unit (display, software, etc.) with visual and acoustical warning signals.
The sensor is equipped as follows:
● State-of-the-art CCD-measuring technique
● Maintenance and calibration free due to absence of moving or wearing parts
● Serial interface RS232, Profibus-DP
● For products from 0,2 up to 10 mm diameter
● Compressed-air fluid including hose-system
● Mechanical connection
● Manual (EN, GER)
The evaluation unit is equipped as follows:
● Beckhoff IPC
● 5,7” TFT – colour monitor
● User friendly touch screen operation
● Connection to supporting arm with signal light
● Interface with 16 digital inputs and 16 outputs including housing
● Trends and statistics (for 1 month, 90 shifts, no storage, export possible)
● Manual (EN, GER)
